Oregon Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) Tier Two in Oregon Divorce Mediation

Tier Two benefits of the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) apply to those who were hired after December 31, 1995 and before August 29, 2003. The Tier Two benefit is a monthly retirement income for life.
